/Hi everyone. Today I’m going to show you some of the things you may need to know in the unfortunate event of becoming sick while on holiday. In the U.K we don’t really have so many specialised clinics like you do here in Japan so everyone just goes to the local G.P (general practitioner) when they have a common illness or complaint.
We always have to make an appointment ( you may be kept waiting for some time though so please don’t be surprised) and the same as in Japan, you will be asked some general questions about your health, allergies, and medicine you are taking.
Here are some of the basic things you will need to know when visiting the doctor overseas.

You should take this twice a day. これを一日に二回飲むとよいでしょう。

You shouldn’t go to work. 仕事には行かないほうがよいでしょう。
You shouldn’t drink alcohol. お酒は控えたほうがよいでしょう。
You should finish all the medicine. 薬はすべて飲み終えたほうがよいでしょう。
みなさんこんにちは。今日は休暇中に病気になった時、知っておいた方がいい表現をいくつかご紹介します。イギリスでは日本のように沢山の専門診療所があるわけではありません。なので体を壊したりしたらローカルG.P(一般開業医)に行きます。
まず私たちは予約をします。(予約をしても待つ場合があります。だからそんなに驚かないでね) そして日本と同じように、あなたの体調やアレルギーや服用してる薬などの質問があります。
下記は海外で病院を訪れた際に知っておいた方がいい基本的な表現になります。
